Step 2:  You will then enter your username, which is your email address on file with HCCH.
Step 3:Then create a password to log in.

Step 2:  Find your practice by entering practice code: JJJEBD
Step 3:  Enter your portal username which is your email address on file with HCCH Then create a password in the space labeled “password”
