Lexi Chimera

Lexi is the Director Of Nutrition Services overseeing nutrition services at HCCH's Burke, East Burke and Surry county clinics. She provides nutrition education and guidance for patients of all ages with various concerns. She also specializes as the diabetes educator and delivers the DSMES program for diabetes patients.  She attended Appalachian State University to receive a masters and bachelor's degree in nutrition and dietetics. After graduating, she joined HCCH and collaborated with the Director of Nutrition to help further develop the nutrition department.  In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, photography and spending time with family and friends.
