Jesse Illich

Jesse Illich is a primary care Physician Assistant at HCCH and sees patients at Primedical and

Avery locations. Jesse is a proud native of Boone, North Carolina where he completed his

undergraduate degree in 2018 at Appalachian State University studying exercise science. He

and his family traveled to South Florida where he attended Nova Southeastern University in Fort

Lauderdale, Florida, and accomplished his goal of becoming a physician assistant in 2023.

Outside of medicine, Jesse enjoys quality time with his wife and two kids, spending time

outdoors, exercising, and traveling to appreciate different cultures.
