Reagan Kosmatine

Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Outpatient Therapist

Reagan obtained her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of North

Carolina Wilmington in 2018 and her Master of Social Work with a concentration in Evidence-Based

Interpersonal Practice from the University of Tennessee Knoxville in 2022. Reagan joined High Country

Community Health in July of 2022 after completing her graduate-level practicum at Northeast

Correctional Complex in Mountain City, Tennessee where she worked as a medical case manager

alongside providing individual therapy to members of the incarcerated population.


Reagan is passionate about implementing person-centered, strengths-based and trauma-informed

services with her patients in a supportive and safe atmosphere. Outside of work, you’ll find her

experimenting with vegan recipes, watching scary movies with her husband and pets, and often visiting her parents in Wilmington.
