Lauren Bruce

Lauren is a Behavioral Health Provider at High Country Community Health and sees patients at the Burke Medical Clinic. She received her Undergraduate degree in Social Work from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2020 and obtained her Master degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work in 2022 at the same institution. During Graduate School, she provided clinical behavioral health services to patients at a federally qualified healthcare center. Lauren aims to provide a safe and supporting environment by incorporating strengths-based and trauma-informed care. She is person centered and focuses on the unique individual needs of the person using evidenced-based interventions. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, and reading.
