Avery Dental Notice:
Due to a burst sprinkler, our Avery Dental clinic is temporarily closed. We are still able to see patients at our Boone location (108 Doctors Drive, Boone, NC) and would be happy to care for you there if you are able to travel. If not, our team will add you to our treatment list and contact you as soon as services resume in Avery. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

No insurance? No Problem! Apply for our sliding fee income-based scale for all medical and dental services.
Additionally, our 340B Drug Discount Program provides discounts on prescription medications which are offered to those who cannot afford their medications, and whose income level is within the qualifying range.

High Country Community Health’s Outreach and Enrollment team are Certified Application Counselors available to the public free of charge to provide unbiased assistance in understanding the newest healthcare laws as well as help getting enrolled in coverage through the Health Insurance Marketplace.
Additionally, we have a team of Case Managers and Patient Resource Specialists both of whom work with our patients to ensure they have access to all of the resources and services they need, whether they be social or medical. Click below to learn more.
